Through the part-time four semester curriculum, this pathway allows you to quickly progress through the curriculum while continuing to work as a professional nurse. Its online format allows you to complete coursework on your schedule.
Building on your ADN coursework, plus specific requirements for general education requirements, the GW RN-BSN requires 21 credits and the completion of a professional portfolio. Some of the courses also count for graduate credit should you decide to go on to earn a masters or doctorate in nursing.
By completing your BSN, you will become a more marketable and exceptional caregiver, have enhanced career opportunities and job security, while also helping your hospital achieve “magnet” status.
