Master of Science in Nursing in Nursing Leadership and Management

Our MSN: Nursing Leadership & Management focuses leadership development by training nurses to think and act strategically, participate in policy decisions, and lead organizations through change and improvement. Coursework includes an array of business functions in clinical practice management, including human resources, marketing, finance and economics.

Students also study research methods, current issues and trends, and leadership methods in the health care delivery system. Case studies, strategic planning and proposal development are key learning approaches. Students in our MSN program complete the coursework online via distance education and an on-campus experience gives students a chance to work alongside their faculty and fellow students on campus. There are full-time and part-time enrollment options in in this field of study.
