The George Washington University's (GW) Biomedical Informatics program is the first in the country to prepare undergraduate students in this growing field. Students will learn how to solve real public health issues working at medical facilities in the D.C. area with an interdisciplinary team of students and professionals. The program’s curriculum enables students to explore innovative methods and tools that harness the power of data. You will demonstrate your new skills in a hands-on internship or capstone project.
